Service Access Program
Serving Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities through customized care that honors communication, dignity, and independence.
Mill Neck Services Senior Services
Mill Neck Services Senior Care Expansion and Empowerment (MNS SEE) offers services to Seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are Deaf or Hard-of-hearing (D/HH), assisting them to thrive in all areas of their lives. Those areas include physical health, mental health, social health, finance, housing, and transportation. MNS SEE is grant-funded thanks to the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation. It currently supports over 40 I/DD D/HH seniors living throughout Long Island and the New York Metro area, focusing on those with complex medical needs. MNS SEE recognizes that these individuals require care different from what is currently available and are in an environment where full communication is possible.
